One villa, almost three years
A three-bedroom villa with a pool on the west coast, managed since late 2023, has paid its owner more than €140,000, an average of about €4,100 a month, roughly Rs 222,000. That figure is after platform commission and after management fees: it is what reached the owner, not what guests paid.
For scale, a villa like this one would rent long term for around Rs 110,000 a month. Short term it has paid about twice that, and the owner still blocks dates and stays there with family several times a year.
The number is an average, and that matters
December in Tamarin does not pay like June. High season carries the year: the months from October to January can bring in double a winter month, which is why a calendar priced flat across the year quietly gives its best weeks away.
